REFUND POLICY:
Every item is specially created just for you, so refunds aren’t available. However, your satisfaction matters to us—contact us if something isn’t right and we’ll do our best to fix it. All items purchased here are nonrefundable. Once payment is received and confirmed, all sales are considered final. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Please note that some custom items may take shorter or longer to process depending on the order. Please try to order at least 2 weeks before your event. If you need it sooner, please pay the RUSH FEE. I advise you to inquire about your order before your event's date if you are unsure.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Your order will be shipped through the USPS, Fed Ex or the UPS. Please be aware that shipping times are in addition to the processing time.
