Shipping policy

A shipping fee will be required even if your items are being shipped via UPS/USPS/FedEx or there has been a verbal agreement for in-person delivery/pickup. For in-person delivery, the  fee covers gas expenses for driving to deliver your items. Thank you for understanding.

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Please note that some custom items may take longer to process. I advise you to inquire about your order before your event's date if you are unsure.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Your order will be shipped through the USPS, Fed Ex or the UPS. Please be aware that shipping times are in addition to the processing time. 

            Delays:

Knock Out Designs 850 is not responsible for any delays that may occur once an order has been shipped. All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 

           Shipping Address:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your order is processed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

 

        Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required for review.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. No refunds will be provided.

If we decide to provide a replacement, the same shipping policy provided above will apply.
