1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your items and proceeding to checkout.

We work closely with you to make sure every detail is just right.
A mockup or proof will be provided for approval. Once a mock-up is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, design elements, images, and overall layout. This is the opportunity to request any changes or additions before production begins.
I strive for accuracy in every order; however, occasional errors may occur. I sincerely appreciate your attention to detail in reviewing your mock-up and helping ensure everything is correct.
If an error is identified after final approval and production has begun, a reprint fee of $25 will apply, as additional materials and time are required to correct the issue. Knock Out Designs 850 is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Please note that up to three revisions are included during the mock-up and approval process. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur a $20 design fee to cover the time and resources involved in further customization.
Processing Times:
All orders require a processing time of 5–10 business days but could be processed quicker. This timeframe applies to both shipped orders and local pickups and does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
For local customers, certain items may be completed sooner depending on the product type and the time the order is placed; however, this is not guaranteed.
Please note that requested-by dates are not guaranteed unless a rush order fee has been added and confirmed. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Local pickup orders follow the same standard processing times as shipped orders.
2. Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Our shipping policy is below:
Shipping Policy:
A shipping fee will be required even if your items are being shipped via UPS/USPS/FedEx.
For in-person delivery, the fee covers gas expenses for driving to deliver your items. Thank you for understanding.
Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Please note that some custom items may take longer to process. I advise you to inquire about your order before your event's date if you are unsure.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Your order will be shipped through the USPS, Fed Ex or the UPS. Please be aware that shipping times are in addition to the processing time.
Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your order is processed.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through the available payment options at checkout.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
RETURN POLICY:
All of our products are personalized and made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care in creating your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Under no circumstances may custom orders be returned. Custom orders are specifically made for you and cannot be resold to another customer. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND POLICY:
Every item is specially created just for you, so refunds aren’t available.
However, your satisfaction matters to us—contact us if something isn’t right and we’ll do our best to fix it.
All items purchased here are nonrefundable. Once payment is received and confirmed, all sales are considered final. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. No exceptions.
